Relaxation and Awareness Trainings, individual coaching, teaching series, and customized events are all created to help you become more present – so that you can connect deeply with your core values, align with your true purpose, and experience your world with love and rich vibrance.

My specialty is guiding individuals and groups into a state of presence – pure conscious awareness beyond one’s limited self. What I know is that this calm, connected, and fully empowered state is what supports our greatest passions and unlimited potential to unfold.

Additionally, I have extensive training with several powerful and awakened teachers. My presence-based approach is invaluable for people of any tradition. I have been a co-founder of an international organization for spiritual growth, a career counselor, and a partner in Seed Center metaphysical book publishing. On a personal note, I love being a mom, practicing tai chi, and hearing my family call me Missy. I recently followed my heart to Alameda, an island in the San Francisco Bay, after living more than a decade in pristine Mount Shasta, California. I enjoy traveling to other locations for my work.
