Details
Choose from six experiential work-life balance programs, each specifically tailored to create a more naturally aware and harmonious workplace. Benefits start the first program. However, maintaining balance with presence requires commitment over time. Multiple-program trainings will ensure positive and lasting results.
Remember, to best attend to the needs of your clients and customers, your employees need to know how to first care for themselves.
I come to your worksite or, for an additional fee, arrange training programs at a location nearby. Consider bringing your staff to Mount Shasta! Together we can create a complete retreat experience that includes accommodations, nature hikes, training and facilitation time, full-service spa treatments – all that you need to foster personal awareness and treat your staff well.
Fees
Relaxation and Awareness Trainings begin at $300 for each 90-minute program – with an additional charge per person over 10 people. Discounts are available to non-profits and for multiple sessions. Travel and special arrangement charges may apply.
