Balance Tip: Be Here Now

How much time and emotional energy do you spend thinking about what might happen in the future or fretting about something from the past?  When you're completely enjoying and experiencing the present moment, your mind can't worry about the future nor judge the past.

When life gets stressful, be here now with something that is already present.
