To reap the benefit of Transpersonal Hypnotherapy/NLP and awaken to life, it is definitely not necessary to understand this terminology! It is a combination I have learned, along with coaching skills, spiritual training, life experience, intuition and presence, to guide and support you and others in the awakening process.
I hesitate sharing these concepts because my goal is for you to experience the awakened state, rather than going into the mind to understand the process. The process is transformative, not intellectual.
That said, my approach in using hypnotherapy/NLP techniques is transpersonal – moving beyond the limits of personal identity. When you are fully awake, your inner experience is one of peace, love, acceptance, true power, and compassion. You are receptive and responsive to intelligence and wisdom that is beyond the thinking mind.
During a session or a workshop with me, you may be guided to relax and quiet the mind using hypnotherapy/NLP techniques. These techniques are simple suggestions that support you to become more deeply present. As your mind relaxes and becomes silent, the true essence of your being, an infinite and eternal silence, is free to emerge. Your true nature is silence, pure consciousness that is the essence of all existence. As you experience more and more your true nature, an awareness of the limitations of the thinking mind awakens, and the thoughts, opinions and fears that hold you back will soften.
As you deepen into the awakened state, unresolved issues from the past may arise into consciousness. During a session, emotional traumas and wounds from early childhood are often healed and released. You are guided to see that your challenges and problems are really opportunities for healing and for learning the lessons that you’re to learn in this lifetime.
The goal in awakening to life is not to become established in yet another trance, even if it is a more comfortable trance. The ultimate goal is to experience being fully alive and awake from all forms of hypnosis.
To be fully awake and enlightened simply means
to be fully present in the moment of now.
To be present is the simplest thing. It is your natural state."
