About Mount Shasta

Mount Shasta, a huge volcano that rises 14,162 feet, is symbolic of the exuberance that has always been here, laying dormant, within each of us, and is now starting to come alive and unfold… a feeling that is very vibrant, sacred and active.

Located in the Cascade Range of northern California, this majestic presence lies in my front yard. Mount Shasta has long been sacred to the Native North American Indians and is considered one of the nine sacred mountains of the world. New Age groups regard it as a source of cosmic and magnetic energy. Like other power places, it is revered as an initiation point for awakening.

Mount Shasta creates its own weather and phenomena, reminding me with humbleness, that going with flow rather than resisting is essential in awakening. I am blessed to live in this unspoiled environment where the water and air are pure. Living here is Heaven on Earth. With the mountain in my day-to-day awareness, I am in awe and filled with deep gratitude for this life and connection with Mother Earth.

Is there is an energetic connection between Mount Shasta and sessions with me? You bet!
